I was very lucky to grow up in a family who loves food, appreciates tastes and a mother that loves to cook. I was taught never to skimp on ingredients and to use only the very best. I learned alot from my mother.♥

I have always had a passion for food and cooking, and when you use that love and passion when you cook, your dishes will always taste wonderful. ♥

The idea for this site came about very early this year when I realised that Malta has alot to offer with regards to foods and more people need to be aware of what is offered and available here. There are so many comprehensive sites originatting from UK and USA and I felt we needed one originating here. ♥

Ingredients here are fresh and wholesome and should not be taken for granted. ♥
