Quick Asparagus Soup

So, you’re working late, it’s cold outside and all you can think of is a hot bowl of comforting soup, but you don’t have the time to do it all from scratch and besides, you’re way too tired. This is my lazy version of soups but when in the cold winter months it just hits the spot.
| 1 package knorr asparagus soup | |
| 4 cubes frozen spinach | |
| 1 cup frozen broccoli | |
| ½ cup frozen peas | |
| 4 Fresh goat cheeselets |
Prepare soup as per package instructions. I like to add a little more water(1 cup) since you will be adding more ingredients.
Add the remaining ingredients and continue to boil, stirring occasionally.
When all the vegetables have softened serve in deep bowls and add fresh goat cheese.
Serve with crusty bread.
